I go into panic mode whenever I'm invited to a holiday party. Holidays and special occasions in SL require appropriate costumes. It's not that I don't have anything to wear. It's just that finding anything in my inventory is not easy. So I almost always run out and buy something new at the last minute. Don't judge me.

I'll be at a casual St Patrick's Day get together with my housemates today. This outfit was easy to find. Yay!!

Pond with Koi

I wanted a serene, beautiful spot on my land but I lack the building skills to create one. So off I went to Pocket Gardens. They sell entire gardens in small inexpensive packages.

I returned home with a pretty pond and koi. It comes with rose bushes, too. All I had to do was find a good spot to rez it.

Awww I can pet the fishies. My kitten has been missing for a few days, maybe the fish will help me deal.


Sometimes I just sits and thinks. Hmm what's that sound?


Look who showed up to meet the fish! My kitten's just here to be friendly, right? Right?


The pond is available in 2 sizes, I bought the larger one with 2 friendly fish. It has 3 sits so my friends can enjoy it too. The colors of the rose bushes can be changed, as can the texture on the basin. And it's low prim. Score!

Grass & Birdies Skybox

Spring is almost here and it's time to get a new home. Luckily for me, Di Hoorenbeek released the perfect skybox for my needs. Here it is, behind me:

The colors are very fresh and pretty. Di did a beautiful job on the textures. And she put in 3 large windows with seats. You can add whatever view you like outside. I added a grass texture to my sky platform.


There are even a few ravens on the walls, of which I shall speak nevermore.


Sitting alone waiting for the movers to deliver my furniture is a pain.


It is low prim, not at all pricey and available on xstreet. And it's the perfect size for a single gal. What more could an avatar ask for?
